Ankit Sharma’s glorious victory brought international pageant experts’ attention to Rubaru Mr. India contest

The Indian pageant industry has produced several very handsome and talented Mr. India winners, however, the winner of 2021 caused a great influence at international level even before his victory. The winner of Rubaru Mr. India 2020-21, Ankit Sharma managed to bring international pageant experts’ attention to the competition even before he won the title in Goa. The major reason behind this was his endearing and charming looks, and very magnificent face. His victory was very well received by the pageant fraternities and communities across the globe. While some pageant followers appreciated his strong performance during the entire pageant, others tagged him as one of the most handsome Mr. India winners ever to get elected.

The 6 ft. and 2-inch-tall gentleman became a crowd favorite candidate even before the pageant commenced. He topped almost all the prediction lists for the new Mr. India titleholder, released by almost all the pageant websites and portals. It came as no surprise that he also won “Face of the Year” special award at this year’s Rubaru Mr. India competition. He was unanimously voted by all the judges for this prestigious award.

In an online interview, he mentioned that all this was very new to him, and he was still learning how to react to such compliments that started to pour in post his victory. His modesty and compassion became even more vivid when he extended his gratitude to the people who supported him in his journey to the coveted title, and also requested everyone to follow all the safety measures in order to control the rapid spread of Corona virus. He further added that he wanted to use his title to influence others in a positive way and also asked the pageant aspirants to contact him if they needed any sort of guidance or assistance.

As part of his winning package, he also won the opportunity to represent India at an international modelling competition.
