Know more about the new Rubaru Mr. East India, Tanmay Das

Tanmay Das from West Bengal was elected Rubaru Mr. East India 2020-21 at India’s biggest pageant for men – Rubaru Mr. India, culminated on April 8, 2021, at Hibis Resort in Goa. Tanmay is the current winner of Mr. West Bengal title and won direct entry to the Rubaru Mr. India competition as part of his state-level victory.

Tanmay hails from Durgapur in West Bengal. He holds a degree in English Literature and Communication and is a model by profession. He stands 6 ft. tall and has black hair and black eyes. He won Mr. West Bengal competition held on November 16, 2019 at Golden Tulip Salt Lake in Kolkata. As part of his winning package, he was straight-away selected to appear for the Rubaru Mr. India 2020-21 finals.

About the pageant – Rubaru Mr. India is the biggest male pageant in India. The pageant was created in the year 2004, and is owned by Indian pageant organization and talent promoting agency, Rubaru Group. The winners / top placers of the pageant represent India at some of the biggest and most well established international modelling competitions and beauty pageants across the globe. Ever since the pageant’s inception in the year 2004, it has sent India’s representatives to more than 10 different international pageants every year. The pageant is headed by its founder and president, Sandeep Kumar and Mumbai-based entrepreneur, Pankaj Kharbanda is the current vice-president of the pageant.
