Gone are the days when the candidate with the best face used to walk away with the winner’s title. Mr. India pageant is not all about good-looks. We are looking for a man who is the nearest possible representation of a 21st century gentleman. Someone who knows how to speak confidently and someone who knows how to voice one’s opinion courageously. We are not looking for candidates who are only superficially strong. We want our candidates to be individuals who can inspire others and get inspired from others. All our previous titleholders have been remarkably great and have represented the title excellently. This year we are also looking for a similar candidate who can do justice to the title of Mr. India.”
