India is home to one of the biggest and most successful pageant industries in the world. India is also regarded as one of the best performing nations at international pageantry and is seen participating in almost every international pageant. However, in recent times, the industry witnessed several reforms that resulted in termination of several long-held professional associations and ties. Where some old and well-established Indian pageant organizations lost one after another international franchises they held due to franchise mismanagement and lack of proper control, there came a visionary gentleman who not only continued with old ties and made them stronger but also introduced multiple newer international franchises and associations in India. His name, Pankaj Kharabanda.

Pankaj Kharbanda is the vice president of India’s biggest and oldest running male pageant – Rubaru Mr. India. He is the man behind India’s grand success at international men’s pageantry. While some other Indian pageant organizations could not manage just 1 or 2 international franchises they had resulting in India’s withdrawal from those events, Pankaj Kharbanda introduced newer international pageants to India and also made them a part of the Rubaru Mr. India pageant.

Today, he is the national director of a very long array of international franchises that include Mister Global, Mister Model International, Mister Tourism World, Mister Grand International, Mister United Continents, Mister National Universe, Best Male Model of the Universe, Mister Model Worldwide, Mister Friendship International to name a few. Along with successfully managing these international franchises and delivering strong results, he is also involved in selecting the best talents from all across the nation. Under his leadership, Rubaru Group reached the remote areas of India that remained untouched by the pageant industry for more than 60 years.
