India’s biggest male pageant – Rubaru Mr. India, is back with an all new season. The nationwide selection process is being conducted to select this year’s finalists for the 18th edition of Rubaru Mr. India championship. As the nation is eagerly waiting to know the names of those 40 of the most handsome Indian men in the race for the most prestigious title in Indian male pageantry, the vice president of the Rubaru Mr. India organization, Pankaj Kharbanda mentioned a crucial piece of advice for the candidates vying for the eminent title.

While speaking about the qualities required to win the championship, Pankaj Kharbanda mentioned, “The judging process has already started. The moment we receive a candidate’s entry form, that very moment the judging process begins. Our team is constantly monitoring the candidates and their actions as they are advancing in pre-final selection rounds of the championship, and in accordance to that, some points are already being assigned to them which will be later added up with the points they would earn in future. In many instances, it happens that the new candidates try to copy the previous winners, in terms of their appearance, their style and even their outlook, believing that by copying the previous winners’ traits, things will become easier for them in the competition. However, I would like to clear this misconception. By doing such a thing, those candidates simply become a clone of a winner that the world has already seen. Thus, instead of making progress in the competition, those candidates begin their journey on the path of regress. An original is always worth more than a copy. Please don’t try to copy the previous winners, be the real you. The people who have judged the previous winners would instantly become aware of the fact that you are trying to copy which former winner and it will be mentioned under their score card. Thus, I would like request all the new applicants to not to copy the previous winners. The reason that candidate won earlier is because he was different, he didn’t copy any one. He displayed his true potential and capabilities rather than becoming a clone of someone who was already famous. Same things will be expected from the candidates this year – to be themselves, the real personalities that they have will take them far ahead in the competition instead of a copied one.”

The finals of Rubaru Mr. India 2022 championship are scheduled to take place in the second half of the year. The date and venue of the national finals will be announced by the organization in coming days. At the conclusion of this year’s championship, the new Rubaru Mr. India winners will get elected who will represent India at some of the biggest international pageants and modelling competition based in different parts of the world.
