Rubaru Mr India: Rishabh Chaudhary’s journey from being a model to getting elected the most handsome man in India
He was just a teenager when he walked down the runway for the first time. But little did he know that the leisure activity that he took up during his initial days at college, would take him places and open the doors to the fascinating world of glitz and glamour. He has come a long way from being a straight-A student to setting the runway on fire. He is often cited as one of the most handsome Mr. India winners the nation has ever produced. He is the reigning Rubaru Mr. India titleholder, Rishabh Chaudhary.
Rishabh was born in New Delhi. A student of English Literature and Communication, Rishabh started modelling when he was 17, all thanks to his devilishly charming good looks that paved his way to the scintillating world of fashion and showbiz. He got his first break when at the age of 18 he entered the annual Mr. Delhi contest and ended up winning the event. As a teen model, Rishabh did several photoshoots and later walked the runway at some of the finest fashion events in India. A state level pageant winner and boxer, Rishabh was also concerned about his education and alongside modelling, he entered the prestigious University of Delhi for his higher studies.
Things were moving fine with their own pace in his life. Then came a moment that introduced a new chapter in his life. It was the moment when he got shortlisted for the national show of India’s premier male pageant – Rubaru Mr India. The hunk from New Delhi went to the alpha world city, Mumbai and competed against 38 of the most handsome men of India for the title of India’s most handsome man. On April 30, 2019 in Mumbai, he was proclaimed the winner of Rubaru Mr India Global 2019 title. Along with winning the prestigious title, he also won the rights to represent India at one of the biggest international modelling competitions for men – Mister Global.
His life was not the same however he worked hard to achieve what he has today. People often say success comes to those who believe in their dreams. For this man this saying turned into a beautiful reality. From being a teenaged dreamer to becoming the most handsome man of India, Rishabh Chaudhary’s journey turned out to be an unusual tale of hardwork, perseverance and dedication.
