Shouryaditya Singh becomes the only Asian model to enter the Top 5 of Mister Tourism World championship
The evening of December 4, 2021, marked a very significant and historic event in the Indian male pageantry. It was the evening when India recorded its very first placement at the prestigious Mister Tourism World championship. Shouryaditya Singh became the very first Indian model to secure a placement at the said international event. This evening was a rather special one, not only for India, but also for the entire Asian continent. The very charming Indian gentleman became the only Asian model to enter the Top 5 of the said championship. It was a special distinction that Shouryaditya Singh received as he brought India their first international Top 5 placement along with 3 awards – Mister Tourism World 2021 (2nd runner-up), Mister Popularity 2021 and Best Speaker 2021 (runner-up). The other models that made it to the Top 5 were Mr. Dominican Republic, Mr. Puerto Rico, Mr. Mexico and Mr. Colombia.
Euphoria gripped the Indian male pageant industry as soon as the news of Shouryaditya’s placement broke out on digital platforms. He is also regarded as one of the most eloquent and intellectual male pageant winners. His great eloquence and remarkable communication skills also bestowed him with Best Speaker 2021 (runner-up) award at Mister Tourism World 2021 championship. He is the first Mr. India titleholder to ace all the interview segments he appeared for.
The world finale of Mister Tourism World 2021 championship took place on December 4 at Salon de Eventos, Plaza Central in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Models from different parts of the world travelled to this beautiful nation situation in the Caribbean to attend this renowned international championship. They took part in a series of pre-finale challenges, fashion shows and photoshoots prior to heading to the world finale and the event’s closing ceremony.
Shouryaditya Singh hails from Hazaribagh in Jharkhand, and currently resides in Mumbai. He holds an honor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of West London, and is a model by profession. He stands 5 ft. and 11 inches tall, and has black hair and dark brown eyes. Earlier this year, he was elected the winner of India’s biggest male pageant – Rubaru Mr. India, held on April 8, 2021 in Goa. Along with winning this title, he also won the rights to serve as India’s representative at the 2021 Mister Tourism World championship. In addition to his national victory at Rubaru Mr. India, he also received the highest points in the preliminary as well as the final interview rounds of the competition, making his way straight to the title of Rubaru Mr. India 2020-21.

The championship is based in the United Kingdom and is run by Mister Tourism World organization, under the leadership of its founder and president, Czarina de Britannia. The event has been hosted by nations like Malta, Italy, Indonesia and the Philippines in the past. The year 2021 was the first time that event moved to the Caribbean and took place in Dominica Republic. In India, the winner of Rubaru Mr. India competition shoulders the responsibility of serving as the nation’s representative at the Mister Tourism World championship.
